Guided by the wisdom of my elevated ancestors and all of the divine spirits that walk with me, we'll embark on a profound journey into your womb-space. This introductory journey involves activating the pleasure principle to reclaim and bring forth inner joy, ancestral healing to unveil your true identity, and creating intentions for manifesting your desires.

  • Activating the Pleasure Principle: Engage in hip and womb space work with gentle and nurturing movement. Identify what brings you joy and self-love, nurturing and expanding that joy into all areas of your life.

  • Ancestral Healing and Blessings: Journey into the womb-space, enlisting the aid of mothers who came before you to sever ties with what has left you numb, weighed down, and dis-eased. Connect with their wisdom to reveal and restore your true identity.

  • Divine Creativity: Envision your future and chart the path to manifesting your ideas and desires with a creative intention-setting exercise. Lean into the creative and birthing energy of the womb-space.
